3105 aluminum strip is a non-heat-treatable alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and high weldability. It belongs to the 3000 series of aluminum alloys, which are primarily composed of manganese as the major alloying element.

3105 aluminium strip is a versatile Al-Mn (aluminum-manganese) alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity, and formability. In the annealed state, it exhibits high ductility, making it suitable for deep drawing and forming processes. While its ductility decreases during partial cold working, it remains manageable, but it becomes significantly lower when fully cold-worked. The alloy also offers excellent corrosion resistance and weldability, though its machinability is relatively poor.

Temper H14: Strips are partially annealed, making them suitable for forming.

Temper H16: Strips are substantially annealed, providing increased hardness.

Packaging and Delivery of Haomei Al.

Aluminum products of Haomei Al. meet the export standard. Plastic film and brown paper can be covered at customers’ need. What’s more, wooden case or wooden pallet is adopted to protect products from damage during the delivery. There are two kinds of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience. Generally speaking, there are 2 tons in one package, and loading 18-22 tons in 1×20′ container, and 20-24 tons in 1×40′ container.
