Having worked with deep drawing aluminium circles for over a decade, I've always maintained that stable deep drawing performance stems from the homogenization and control of the microstructure at the ingot casting stage. This is also the core reason why many short-process manufacturers experience large fluctuations in deep drawing yields. Haomei deep-drawing aluminum circles are all made from large-size ingots cast using semi-continuous DC casting. The ingots undergo homogenization annealing at 480℃ for over 12 hours to completely eliminate compositional segregation and casting stress. Next, double-sided milling removes the surface segregation layer and subcutaneous defects. Combined with large-deformation hot rolling to break down the original casting structure, and finally, low-temperature long-time annealing, homogeneous recrystallization is achieved. This entire process ensures that the internal grain size of the material is stably controlled within ASTM 6-8 standards, and the compositional segregation is reduced by more than 60% compared to ordinary cast and rolled materials, eliminating occasional cracking problems caused by localized performance deficiencies from the raw material stage.

From a performance perspective, the measured parameters of all grades of deep-drawing aluminium circle products reach the upper-tier level in the industry:
1050 O high-purity deep drawing aluminium circle exhibits a stable elongation after fracture ≥30%, a cupping test IE value ≥10.8mm, and an ultimate deep drawing ratio of up to 2.4:1, making it the first choice for high-bodied milk pots, deep soup pots, and other extreme deep-drawing applications;
1100 O general-purpose deep drawing aluminium circle boasts an elongation ≥28%, a cupping value ≥10mm, and an ultimate deep-drawing ratio of 2.2:1, offering a balance of strength and formability, making it a cost-effective choice for conventional household cookware;
3003-O alloy deep drawing aluminium circle exhibits an elongation ≥25%, a cupping value ≥9.5mm, and an ultimate deep-drawing ratio of 2.0:1, with superior resistance to weak acid corrosion and high-temperature performance, making it suitable for brazed bottom products and high-pressure containers.

Haomei Aluminum can supply a full range of deep-drawn aluminum discs with thicknesses from 0.3mm to 6.0mm and diameters from 100mm to 1200mm. We support customization in multiple tempers, including O-temper and H12, and can also fine-tune the annealing process according to the customer's stretching process parameters to match the forming rhythm of different equipment.
